Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please include your packing slip or order number inside the parcel to help us process your return faster.

Simply send the item(s) back to us at your own cost and keep your postal proof of return.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return it and place a new order.

Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund.

Sale items are handled as follows:

• Discount up to 30% → eligible for refund or store credit 
• Discount over 30% (40–50% and higher) → non-returnable, no refunds or store credit.

This policy is in place because sale items are offered at significantly reduced prices and cannot be restocked.

Non-returnable items

 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• underwear,
• swimwear,
• bodysuits,
• or any other items marked as “non-returnable,”
  unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our Facebook including:

• your order number,
• a short description of the issue,
• and clear photos of the item.

If your claim is accepted, we will offer either a full refund or replacement (subject to stock availability) at no additional cost to you.
