Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placing the order (excluding public holidays).

Orders are dispatched on every business day of our boutique.

Our current business days, opening hours, and any schedule updates are available on our official Facebook page.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:

• Post 24h – estimated delivery within 24 hours after dispatch.
• Post 48h – estimated delivery within 48 hours after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control or those of the shipping carrier.

PREORDER Products

Products marked as “PREORDER” are usually shipped approximately 10 days after the official release date.

The estimated shipping date for each preorder item is provided in the product description.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance.
